Object of the study is process of management expenses on enterprise of the base branches to industry. Objective of study is development theoretical, methodological positions and practical recommendation on current and strategic management expenses industrial enterprise and increasing to general efficiency of the operation coal enterprise. Methods of research are logical analysis, observations and generalizations, scientific abstraction, economic and mathematical modelling, quantitative and qualitative analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the offered methodology and methodical provision of management expenses industrial enterprise; recommendations on management current and strategic expenses. Novelty: shaping to concepts of management expenses, which promotes issue to competitive products and increasing to competitiveness of the enterprise. Degree of the introduction by: Ministry to coal industry and its separate state enterprises, Perevalska district state administration Lugansk region. Sphere of application is coal enterprises.
