Venger L. The perfection of technology of plastic and reconstructive iris surgery and elaboration of new monitoring of postoperative treatment

Object - traumatic and congenital iris pathology. Purpose - to increase of rehabilitation effectiveness of patients with traumatic and congenital iris pathology. Methods - ophthalmological, biophysical (LCS), histomorphological, statistical, photoregistration of eye condition. Equipment - microscope "Carl Zeiss Axiostar plus", laser spectrometer LCS-03 "INTOCS", slit-lamp 2М, apparatus for magnitotherapy "Polus-3". For the first time it was revealed the violations of homeostasis of blood plasma and tear, which are increased after iridoplastic and iridoprosthetic operations. The first new approach to diagnostics and prognosis of eye inflammatory reaction by the method of LCS was elaborated and the connection between degree of reaction and subfactional composition of tear was established. New direction in reconstructive iris surgery - intracapsular iridophacoprosthesis implantation was elaborated, 6 methods of restoration iridoplasty and new technologies of postoperative treatment were proposed. For the first time the stimulating influence of Hemocord and Cryocord on eye regenerative processes and their efficiency in treatment of iris traumas are proved. The results are introduced in Odessa clinical hospital № 4 and Kiev Centre of eye microsurgery, in educational process of ophthalmology and pharmacology chairs of Odessa state medical university, chair of ophthalmology of Shupik's National medical academy of postgraduate education.
