Processes and characteristics of systems VMD with direct injection of fuel. Working out of theoretical bases and practical methods of creation високооборотного the Low-Capacity domestic disel tngine of universal purpose with competitive level of toplivno-economic and ecological parametres. All theoretical rules of the dissertation are based on fundamental bases of theory DVS, termo - gas kinetics, hydraulics, the theoretical mechanics, the theory of mechanisms and cars and modern mathematical tooling. Methods of the multidimensional statistical analysis for an estimation of perspectivity DVS on a design stage and sampling of basic constructive and adjusting parametres VMD, a complex of analytical, numerical and numerically-analytical methods of modelling of processes воздухоснабжения and a fuel supply, a roll forming unaccented кулачковых valve gears, research of systems of start-up and prestarting preparation, experimental definition on physical models of parametres of an expense of fuel and emissions of harmful substances with the completed gases, a method of design of experiments are in-process used at research of transients of start-up VMDfor definition of rational characteristics of systems of its maintenance and martempering. The complex of methods of physical and mathematical modelling of working processes, and a fuel supply, processes in systems air-fuel, start-up and prestarting preparation for VMD a universal purpose is created. The offered constructive and layout solutions for two-valved and four-valved heads of cylinders VMD with direct injection of fuel. Designs concerning maintenance of competitive toplivno-economic and ecological parametres VMD of a universal purpose with the reduced relation of a course of the piston to a bore are developed and injected into manufacture. Motion characteristics of traffic inlet and outlet valves at the expense of sampling of profiles of cams and change of a design of the drive are improved. Results of dissertational research are introduced in КP HКBD (Kharkov), factory of V.O.Malysheva (Kharkov), Borisovsky factory of an autotractor electric equipment (Boris's m., Belarus), and also in educational processes at preparation of post-graduate students and students on chairs DVS and the system analysis and management NTU "KhPI", DVS and the theoretical mechanics and hydraulics KhNADU, heat engineering and thermal engines, mechanics and designing of cars UkrGAZT.Engin building.
