The aim of the thesis research is development and cofirmation of theoretical, methodological and organizational bases of the progress in agricultural cooperation. The object of research - the process of generation and management of active functioning corporative enterprises of the agrarian sphere under the conditions of uncertainty of agribusiness. Methods: abstract-and-logical, historical and economics, mathematical. Theoretical results: the enrichment and addition of theoretical and methodological bases which develop and manage the progress in agricultural cooperation. Practical results: theoretical and methodological bases of dissertation can be used for preparing the progects for corresponding laws, acts and some educational materials. Scientific novelty: the first time the methodological approach of solving the scientific problem of managing economic risks at corporative enterprises of the agrarian sphere under the conditions of uncertainty is presented and proved. Degree of implementation: the results of researches are used by Soviet of ministers of Crimea, by the main department of agricultural development. Effectiveness: results of research will improve the economic efficiency of managing economic risks at cooperative enterprises. Field, industry usage: central and local state management, self-govermental bodies, high educational institutions.
