Essay

In the dissertation the analysis of transnational criminality essence is carried out. The modern theoretical model of transnational crimes classification depending on criminalization of appropriate socially dangerous acts in national criminal legislation is created. The criminological characteristic of this criminally-legal phenomenon taking into consideration global and national tendencies is stated. The concept of transnational criminality is developed, its structure and the basic signs are defined. The historical investigation of the development of transnational criminality in independent Ukraine is offered.
