Essay

Research object: external environment, laboratory animals, nourishing environments, Мycobacterium, patients are tuberculosis. Research aim: This thesis is devoted to study of development peculiarities of adaptive forms of tuberculosis causative agent and grounding of their detection for people. Research methods: microbiological, physical and chemical, biological. Apparatus: Thermostats, centrifuge, autoclave, microscope. The offered medium allows good growth and mycobacterium development, and at the same time inhibits the growth of accompanying microflora, it allows to excrete culture Мycobacterium tuberculosis within 1-6 days form blood of tuberculous patients without its preliminary processing, accelerates determination of medicamental constancy of tuberculosis causative agent and increases method sensitivity on bacteriologic examination of spitting and it can be used for determination of mycobacterial biosecurity of foodstuff. Staging of Мycobacterium tuberculosis biological development is first suggested and documented on photos, it reveals modern representations about intracellular and extracellular cycle of causative agent development in the blood system. Concept of staging of Мycobacterium tuberculosis biological development is suggested, it gives a possibility to develop the method of express-detection of tuberculosis causative agent in the blood of patients. Revealing the development stages of tuberculosis causative agent in blood completes diagnostics of both pulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis and on this basis a new, simple, available and safe in use method of laboratory diagnostics of tuberculosis with latent form is developed. Degree of introduction: to the educational process of Ukrains. Sphere of the use: medicine, microbiology, ecology.
