Bevzenko V. Subjects of authoritative powers in the administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to the complex researches of theoretical and applied grounds of the participation of the subjects of authoritative powers in the national administrative legal proceedings resulting into the teaching about the essence and forms of such participation. The participation of the subjects of authoritative powers in the administrative legal proceedings is determined to be shown in the following procedural forms: 1) of a party; 2) of the third person; 3) of the procedural representative; 4) of a witness; 5) of an expert; 6) of a plaintiff in the appellate and cassation legal proceedings, in the legal proceedings due to the exceptional circumstances, and 7) of a plaintiff in the legal proceedings due to the newly-elicited facts.
