Dissertation is devoted to organizational-legal problems of public prosecutor's office organs administration. The work studies processes of development and formation of public prosecutor's office organs in Ukraine in historical aspect; indentifies peculiarities of legal regulation of activity of public prosecutor's office of Ukraine; analyses problems of cooperation of public prosecutor's office with other state organs; studies establishment of partnership relationship between public prosecutor's office and population. Separate attention is paid to defining peculiarities of organizational and functional structure of public prosecutor's office organs.
