Gudaryan A. Ground of the differentiated methods of treatment of generalized parodontitis at diabetes of 2 type

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of problem of features of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical and treatment of generalized parodontitis at patients with diabetes of 2 type, by realization of positions of the developed conceptions of pathogenesis and criteria of origin and prognostication of a different display of inflammatory-destructive process in parodont. In dissertation, on the basis a lot of researches certain structure of microbiocenosis of parodontal tissue, set immune violations, state of exchange of lipids of whey of blood and processes of bone remodelation at different clinical displays of generalized parodontitis at diabetes 2 type. On the basis of the got results the differentiated medical and prophylactic methods of complex treatment of different variants of display of pathological process in parodont are scientifically grounded and approved in a clinic. It is set that application of the developed methods allows promoting efficiency of treatment of generalized parodontitis at patients with diabetes 2 type. In quality the criteria of objective estimation of the clinical state of parodontal tissue and conducted treatment, further prognosis of his ends in remote terms it is recommended to take into account not only clinical and X - ray information but also expedience of analysis of dynamics of levels of maintenance of sICAM-1 (CD54+) in the whey of blood is shown, and also concentrations in the unstimulated saliva IL-1.
