Melnychuk N. "Crime" and "Punishment" in law-philosophical measuring"

The dissertation research conducted by "crime" and "punishment" in law-philosophical measuring with accent on solving problems law-philosophical categories of correlation "crime" and "punishment" as those that operate in scientific space. Author's methodological innovation is that the first categories are considered as an abstract systems that interact with the "environment" at the information level. The problem is solved by identifying transdisciplinary invariants that enable correlation of category "crime" and "punishment" in scientific space and information are the consensus of the plane common to lawyers and representatives of extralegal skills. Developed by the author of philosophical and legal concept of communicative correlation category "crime" and "punishment" is a system of views on the correlation, correlational relationships and communication properties of the categories.
