Essay

Object - concrete with chemical, mineral and complex additives. The Subject - of law of influence of additives on hydratation interaction with cements in connection with change of structure and properties of concrete mixes and concrete. Methods - the thermokinetic analysis, physicomechanical, mathematical planning. Novelty - the scientific approach to an estimation of compatibility of additives and cements on the basis of the quantitative analysis of thermokinetic laws of early stages of hydration is proved, typical thermokinetic schemes of influence of additives are developed, thermokinetic criteria of efficiency of additives are developed, it is offered to use an integrated indicator - a compatibility index on which basis it is constructed класификация additives on degree of their compatibility with cements; the method of a quantitative estimation of degree of influence of additives on hydration process is offered; Quantitative dependences display of compatibility of additives with cements are established, is improved a way of optimization and structures high-perfomens concrete are received. Results - the method of a thermokinetic estimation of the additives is developed and introduced, allowing effectively to plan and receive concrete of new generation, branch - building.
