Based on the quantitative estimation there was solved a problem of the role of raw of factors caused the disturbances of the equilibrium state of the Earth in the thesis. The factors are: instability of the rotary regime of planet, lunar-solar tides and geoid anomalies. It was made an analysis of its influence on the flowing of geotectonic and geodynamic processes. The main conclusions obtained in this work were the following. Mechanic stresses values caused by the disturbances of the equilibrium state of the Earth that are the result of different factors influence are distributed in such way: ancient displacement of the rotation axes in the Earth body - > 107 Pa; ancient decay of the rotation velocity of the Earth - 105 Pa, lunar-solar tides - 104 Pa, Chandler and annual oscillation of the pole - 103 Pa, short-term variations of the rotation velocity - 102 Pa. The stress fields of the interval 104-106 Pa related with the geoid anomalies caused by secondary deformation processes in the fault-block tectonosphere. Spatial-temporal properties of the stress fields caused by the disturbances of the equilibrium state and its comparison with the factual geological data allows to assert: cyclicity in sedimentation, tectonogenesis, magmatizm and metamorphism have general nature related with the stress fields caused by the variations of rotary regime; stresses related with the geoid anomalies reflect flowing features of geotectonic processes in block tectonosphere under the influence of normal stress field; specified role in forming play the stress field caused by the lunar-solar tides. Stress fields caused by the disturbances of the equilibrium state it's an important prognosis criterion in geotectonic and geodynamic buildings. Its involvement opens a new possibilities in prognosis of earthquakes, mine impacts, instantaneous outburst and others dangerous phenomena.
