3. Object of the study: type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM), its complications and therapy. Aim of the study: to study the possibilities and efficiency of electromagnetic radiation of superhigh frequency (EMR SHF) use and characteristics of home inhibitor isodibut in therapy of patients with DM and its complications; to examine possible mechanism of microwave resonance therapy (MRT) in patients with type 1 and 2 DM; to base the expedient of such complex therapy under different types of complications taking into account the severity and compensation state. Methods and equipment: clinical, biochemical, biophysical, statistical; AMRT-02, Porog-3M. Theoretical and practical results: the mechanisms of EMR SHF and inhibitor of aldose reductase of sorbitol pathway of glucose metabolism - isodibut effects were elucidated and an advisability of their use in type 1 and 2 DM and its complications were based. Novelty: for the first time, it was revealed that the use of MRT and inhibitor of aldose reductase of sorbitol pathway of glucose metabolism in patients with DM and its complications is highly effective therapeutic method. Degree of implementation: findings were patented, and developed the methodic recommendations devoted to the diagnosis and therapy of type 1 and 2 DM and its complications. Area of using: endocrinology.
