Essay

The aim of the thesis research is opening of internal objective essence of differential rent of agricultural cultures and ground of directions of her practical use. The object of research - is a process of forming of the system of economic relations concerning the receipt of additional profit (rents) in agricultural enterprises. Methods: dialectical, abstractly-logical, system, complex and situatioonal, cross-correlation analysis. Theoretical results: integral conception of differential rent of agricultural cultures, which represents the receipt of additional profit from the use of biological assets, is reasonable. Practical results: theoretical and methodological positions of dissertation can be used for preparation of projects of conformable legislative and normatively-legal acts, educational materials. Scientific novelty: essence of differential rent of agricultural cultures is exposed as component differential rent of ІІ, in particular reasonably, that her basis is made by an additional profit from lot lands with an identical spatial location and ground fertility, which is provided due to the use of specific biological assets. Degree of introduction: results of the conducted research used by Ministry of Agryricultural Policy ARE Crimea, by Academy of sciences ARE Crimea and by Ministry of economy ARE Crimea. Efficiency: research results will assist the decision of problems of money estimation of earth and her use for the increase of economic efficiency of agricultural production. Sphere of the use: central and local organs of executive power and their structural subdivisions, organs of local self-government, higher education.
