Essay

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of administrative and legal support of implementation of compulsory medical insurance in Ukraine. The general theoretical description of the legal health insurance as an object of legal studies is investigated. Organizational and legal principles of quality and safety of medical care in the introduction of compulsory medical insurance in Ukraine are analyzed. For this purpose peculiarities of standardization, licensing, accreditation and certification in medical practice are analyzed as a single system. The comparative legal analysis of compulsory medical insurance in the U.S., Russia, Germany and France is made.
