Essay

The object of investigations is the single vertical rigid symmetrical two-stepped steel capacity for storage of granular materials. The aim of the work is increasing of reliability and durability for object of investigations. The methods of investigations are analytical mathematical methods, methods of experimental planning, numerical methods of building mechanic, experimental methods of definition of stress-stayed state of the structure. In the paper for the first time the theoretical foundations of conception of shape-forming of steel capacity structures for granular materials are worked out. On the base of the presented theoretical models the origin of a row of specific effects under the exploitation of such the structures was explained. The new constructive scheme was suggested. The engineering method of shape-forming for steel capacity structures was worked out. The results were inculcated in designing practice of designing building organizations.
