Essay

New experimental model of micromercurializm has been developed and influence of mercury on the nervous system and application of antioxidants was experimentally investigated using morphologiсal and statistical methods, determination micro- and macroelements, investigation in vitro. Unitiolum and tiotriazolinum demonstrate the most effective protection against the influens of mercury, but magne-B6 and mildronatum produced the least toxic effects during in vitro experiments. The combined use of drugs demonstrated strengthening of their multidirectional action, which allows to recommend studying them on humans with different clinical neurological symptoms.
