Object of research: processes of organization and management functioning and development of recreational innovative enterprises. Purpose of research: development of methodology and tool of the marketing-oriented management recreational innovative enterprises. Methods of research: methods of scientific cognition, approach of the systems, logic analysis and synthesis, set-theoretic models, differential equalizations, models of the Markovskikh processes, facilities of adaptive, programmatic-having a special purpose, logistic, organizational control. Results: development of methodology of the marketing-oriented management recreational innovative enterprises; conceptual model of recreational innovative enterprise, organization of his control the system; conception of the marketing-oriented management a recreational innovative enterprise; development of intellectual technology of management development of regional innovative enterprises; suggestions on the mathematical providing MOU by development of RIP; theoretical and methodological bases of integration of RIP in the market economy of regions of Ukraine.
