Essay

The Doctor's Thesis present the results of the theoretical-methodological approaches researches, theoretical and practical propositions and the features of the industrial enterprises development investment policy formation and realization. Restructuring of economical processes caused by the financial and economic crisis, social thoughts reorientation and investment activity postulates' revision form new paradigm of thinking, which drastically reorient industrial enterprises investment policy on the new ideology. Theoretical and practical researches with a glance on this paradoxical changes and complementary-associative foundations of institutional- informative economics allowed formulating of methodological foundations of the industrial enterprises development investment policy formation and realization. Conception of compensating operation of mechanisms of stimulation of investment activity in conditions of resources limitation and conversion to stable economic growth was improved. On the basis of revelation of quintessence of enterprise's investment policy was developed and proposed: a) procedures of formation of predictable indicators of direct foreign investment and investment in capital asset system which is adequate to real industrial and economic processes; b) methods of theirs estimation, based on the results of additive model making, which takes into account investment flows economical seasonality, doubled by destructive impact of resources limitation, and promote increasing of industrial enterprises investment policy realization effectiveness.
