Object - condition of functionally important anatomic structures of the brain responsible for activation of neuron at pftients with intracranial tumors.Purpose - increase of diagnostic effeciency of defenition of local charges of an arrangtmtnt and functional condition of an impellent site of a cortex of the big brain, minimization of impellent infringtmtnts at surgical interventions. Methods - fMRI, MRI, MR-viengrafy, MR-angiografy. Novelty, results - contains the new approach for the desition of a scientific problem that improves results of surgical treatment of patients in occasion of tumors of a brain.
