Essay

The thesis is devoted to the examination of the bone mineral density (BMD) condition and disturbance of the calcium and lipid metabolism in female patients with essential arterial hypertension (AH) in postmenopausal period. The independent predictors of the decreasing of BMD in postmenopausal women were determined. The varied accesses in selection of the antihypertensive agents and their combinations in hypertensive women with postmenopausal osteoporosis including to the complex therapy combined calcium agent with vitamin D3 and bisphosphonats were developed.
