The thesis is devoted the solution of a problem of operate reliability raise of pipe and sucker-rod strings for boring and oil and gas recovery by development of effective methods of their longevity and a residual resource appraisal on an operating load. The complex account idealized and the experimental researches founded on regularity of kinetics of up building of a cor-rosion-fatigue fault of pipe and sucker-rod strings members, has given the chance to develop methods of their longevity and a residual resource calculation. Designed methods of application and means are implanted in the oil and gas industry.
