Dissertation is devoted the study of issue of the day of modern psychiatry - nonpsychotic psychical disorders of patients suffering from malignant neoplasms. From positions of systematic integrative approach to the complex research of patients suffering from oncologic diseases with nonpsychotic psychical disorders are conducted. It is studied of clinic structure of nonpsychotic psychical disorders in patients with malignant tumors, certainly the role of psychogenic, somatogenic and personality factors in forming and clinical displays of psychical disorders, influence of the united psychooncologic pathology on quality of life of patients is appraised. It is worked out and approved multivariable computer model of prognostication of development in oncologic patients' nonpsychotic psychical disorders' risk is appraised. Also influence of the emotional burning down of medical workers of oncologic type is investigational on development and degree of expressiveness of unpsychotic psychical disorders for patients, which suffer on malignant tumours, and members of their families. There is the scientifically reasonable, worked out and inculcated system of early diagnostics, correction and prevention of nonpsychotic psychical disorders for patients, who suffer from malignant neoplasms, and members of their families, and also it efficiency from positions of evidential medicine is appraised.
