Essay

The results of theoretical investigation of stationary and quasi-stationary quasi-particles states in complicated combined closed and opened nanosystems of axial symmetry are presented. The consequent theory of exciton spectra in closed cylindrical nano systems: in the array of hexagon semiconductor nanotubes, cylindrical quantum wire with two quantum dots and cylindrical quantum dot, obtained within the cross of quantum wire and quantum film is developed. It is established the theory of active conductivity and its dependences on geometric parameters of cylindrical semiconductor two barrier resonance tunnel structure are studied.
