Essay

The essence of the state control as a public service for the implied defined customer was developed and theoretical-methodological base of the implementation of quality management in the state control bodies (agenesis) was represented in the thesis. The methodological base of the transition mechanisms to the quality management implementation in the state control bodies (agenesis) in conditions of dialectic connection of the management approaches' changes and the new project- and client-oriented organizational culture formation were formed.
