Theoretical bases of controlling are certain in network trade business, economic nature of controlling is investigational in particular, his features are formulated in network trade, the place of controlling is reasonable in a management trade networks, his functions, system of aims, objects, principles, subsystems, kinds and forms. Methodological principles of controlling are worked out, the structurally-logical chart of process of forming of controlling is namely reasonable, the mechanism of his functioning is certain, the indexes of estimation of activity of networks are worked out, the features of determination of aims are investigational, planning and control in controlling. Results over of research of becoming of controlling are brought in trade business of Ukraine, in particular structural changes in development of trade in Ukraine, state of realization of elements of controlling and readiness of trade networks to introduction of controlling. The structure of the system of the informative providing of controlling is reasonable, and also maintenance of her subsystems is considered. Suggestions are worked out in relation to the improvement of organizationally-economic mechanism of implementation of controlling in a management trade networks.
