Essay

The object: the transformation processes of a EMS. The purpose: development of theoretical, methodological and organizational controlling system's bases of transformation in conditions of developing the enterprises' management technologies. The methods: process approach, reengineering of business-process, system-structure and comparative analysis, expert estimations, questioning, EMS. It is offered: the transformation of concept changes in controlling system, model of enterprise efficiency estimation controlling transformation, the substantive provisions of creation distributed IS and informative streams optimization within, controlling functioning process based on the complex software, conrtolling activity in the EMS, scientifically-methodological approach to development and control of implementation of production plans and realization of pastry wares. Sphere of the use: the trade enterprises.
