Zaval'na Z. Administartive contract: theoretical grounds and application

The dissertation deals with the integrated study of administartive contract as the form of contract regulation of administrative-juridical relations in Ukraine. Particularly theoretical - juridical and organisational grounds of administartive contract usage were considered. It was specified its features, subject composition, content and scope of its application to administrative, including management, relations. Special attention was paid to the distinguishing of administartive relations, that can be regulated by the contractual forms; simultaneously it was defined the criteria of this distinguishing and it was given general charcteristics of these relations.
