The aim of the thesis is to develop statistical methodology for measuring and evaluating the economic development of the national macro (NMS). The object of study is the processes and phenomena that reflect the state of economic development of NMS.Subject of research are theoretical and methodological bases of statistical measurement and evaluation of economic development of NMS.Methods: dialectic, systematization and abstraction, induction and deduction, simulation, analysis and synthesis, structural and functional comparison study of the dynamics, comparative and structural-dynamic analysis, correlation and regression and factor analysis,systems analysis and construction of "objective tree", index, summarize, organize,expert evaluations.Scientific novelty of the results lies in solving important scientific problems - development of methodology of statistical measurement and evaluation of national macro economic development. First: - The unit of observation introduced MSVOER - NMS;-The mechanism of statistical regularities of economic growth in GDP, conceptually grounded and developed conceptual and categorical apparatus MSVOER NMS;-built statistical tools for measurement and evaluation of economic development;-The methodological principles of international statistical classifications and coding system NMS - The concept of complex performance indicators and methodology developed its statistical evaluation.Improved: - evaluation of statistical tools for structural dynamics and structural changes of factor combinations, methods and tools, calculation of statistical indicators to determine export-import balance in labor and capital expenditures;And methodological approaches to detect the kinds of economic activity in promoting economic development. Given further development: identification, trajectory of Ukraine developed the authorized methods, statistical methods, measurement and evaluation of the intensity of macroeconomic developments;-Development of statistical and methodological tools to bring to the comparison tables "input-output and GDP zimknennya time series since 1990.;Complex methods and techniques for intensity estimation of the investment process and system for monitoring cross-industry investment potential - of limited use rationale for metric measurement scale economic development (GDP, GVA).The study used the Department of Statistics in the Vinnytsia Oblast (days from 01.19.2009 № 01/18/28), the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (d. № 77000-1210155 of 21.03.2007 № 135-15/1065 days and from 21.11 .2008) in the learning process of the National Agrarian University (act of 13.3.2006), the National Academy of statistics, accounting and auditing (d. number 98 from 02.02.2009, d. number 1251 / 1 of 03.11.2009).
