The analysis of dialectics of concepts concerning development of the industrial enterprise and management of changes under various conditions of external environment is carried out. The basic features of «management of changes», «development of the industrial enterprises» are established the ability to formulate definitions of these concepts. The existing classifications of changes at industrial enterprises are analyzed; methodological provisions and approaches to change management in the conditions of development of industrial enterprises are investigated. Depending on the established type of change, it is possible to reasonably approach the choice of an effective model of their management and make it manageable, such that will contribute to the development of industrial enterprises. The main types of changes inherent in the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in modern economic conditions are identified, the main types of changes are supplemented: by the nature of the flow and the scale of impact. Methodical approaches to change management at industrial enterprises in the conditions of development are critically analyzed. The limitations of the process and strategic approach are substantiated, the expediency of using the system approach of change management at industrial enterprises in the conditions of development taking into account the psycho-emotional behavior of the personnel at introduction of innovations and realization of changes is allocated. It is proved that the use of each individual approach to change management in industrial enterprises will make such management limited for a number of reasons, in particular due to the inability to use the advantages of each approach in solving certain problems arising in such a complex process of change management., control, recovery, etc., for the effective solution of these problems in the research the synthesized approach to change management in the conditions of development of industrial enterprises is improved.
