Object of research - processes of secure operation of systems of a coal mining. The purpose of work - to establish of regularity of a complex intercoupling of parameters of systems " the colliers - a longwall set of equipment " on parameters of productivity, reliability and safety of processes of a coal mining and to elaborate scientific - methodical fundamentalses of definition of readiness of such systems to increase of safety for a decrease of an accident rate and traumatism on coal mines. Method of researches: simulation modeling, system, factor, mathematical, information analysis, psychophysics, biomechanics, psychology etc., mine, full-scale chronometric and visual supervision. The models and regularity of complex influencing of parameters of systems "the colliers - longwall set of equipment " on parameters of productivity, reliability and safety of processes a coal mining are established. The methodic of complex reliability prediction both operational safety of the colliers and optimization of regimes of an actual mining of coal are designed; the methodical recommendations on definition of readiness of the collier and link of labor collective to high-performance and safe operation are designed. The actual economic benefit of an intrusion of techniques and recommendations has compounded 960 thousand UAH, the anticipated economic benefit has compounded more than 11 million UAH annually in conditions of joint venture "Mine management "Suhodolskoe-Vostochnoe" JSC "Krasnodonugol".
