Thesis is devoted to scientific and methodological grounds of the professional potential renewal process state regulation under conditions of innovation development of the economy of Ukraine. At first the definition of professional potential is given. Its geneses, necessity of appearance and economic nature are investigated. Theoretical fundamentals of professional potential innovation development is considered. The definition of the educational and professional knowledge transfer is given with the aim of tertiary education innovation development providing.
