Shchekovych O. Ukraine's Agrarian Policy Priorities Forming

Research object is a process of forming of priorities of agrarian policy of Ukraine in the conditions of market development of agrarian sphere. Research purpose: development of theoretical-methodological and practical bases of forming of priorities of Ukraine's agrarian policy. Methods: comparison, groupment, economic-mathematical analysis and design. Theoretical and practical results: the formulated scientific positions and practical developments allow formulating priorities of Ukraine's agrarian policy. Scientific novelty: first: priorities of development of agrarian sphere, in the basis of which application of systems approach to their forming and stage development of agrarian policy is fixed, are grounded, providing of social standards of development of village and combination of strategic purposes after directions: economic, socio-economic and ecological; improved: methodical approaches to determination of agrarian policy efficiency on the basis of systems approach in relation to consideration of indexes of competitiveness of industry and indicators which characterized quality of management by an agrarian sphere; subsequent development was got: suggestions in relation to optimization of investment-innovative activity in agrosphere through the system update of the material and technical facilities used in agricultural production with the purpose of transition on the innovative model of development. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Dnepropetrovsk area and Ukraine. Efficiency: will be instrumental in forming of priorities of Ukraine's agrarian policy . Sphere, vetvi the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
