Object of the study is economic and organizing processes of reorganization management industrial enterprise. Objective of study is shaping to methodologies, development to concepts and development scientifically-methodical positions of management re-organizing process industrial enterprise, which are founded on market mechanism and are a premises of the economic growing. Methods of research are abstractions, system and financial analysis, modelling, statistical-economic. Theoretical and practical results: the development to methodologies of reorganization management industrial enterprise; practical recommendation on increasing of efficiency of management process to reorganization. Novelty: methodological deepening conceptual basis and motivation scientifically-methodical recommendation, defining directions of the improvement of the processes to reorganization.
