Essay

On the basis of complex morphological researches new information is got about morphogenesis and mechanisms of radial pathomorphosis of squamous-cell cancer of larynx, going out from conformities of differentiation of epithelial tissues during ontogenesis. Structural-functional organization of epithelial tissues is studied during embryogenesis of larynx. The features of keratinization are determined and the mechanisms of development of hyperplastic and dysplastic processes are found out in the multi-layer squamous-cell epithelium of the vocal cords of larynx in postnatal ontogenesis. It is determined that at I-II clinical stages the differentiated histological varieties of squamous-cell carcinoma of larynx are develop: squamous-cell cancer with and without cornification and basal-cell cancer. Thus the forms of their invasion, basic nuclear classes, ultrastruсtural and cytogenetic features and also character of expression of cytokeratine СК34?Е12 and mutative oncoprotein р53 are revealed in cancer cells. It is first determined that at III-IV clinical stages at low-differentiated carcinoma of larynx the heterogenic after histochemical properties "cancer pearls" are formed. It is found out, that origin of such multicentral complexes is related with different stages of tumor progression, during which the repetition of embryonic histogenesis is observed. It is revealed, that the mechanisms of development of radial pathomorphosis in the tumor complexes of low-differentiated carcinoma of larynx on principle differ and depend on the degree of cataplasy of cancer cells.
