This thesis is devoted to the research of Ukrainian system of administrative law. The contents of the category "system" in the light of philosophical thought and science of law is specified. Peculiarities of formation and modern state of the system of law are ascertained. The system of administrative law and its main characteristics are studied. Factors influencing on the system of administrative law and its contents formation are researched. Pre-revolutionary administrative law and its system are analyzed. Soviet system of administrative law and German system of administrative law are studied.
