Odintsov M. Organizational and economic mechanism of formation and development of the livestock production market

Object of research: system of organizational and economic mechanism of formation and development of the market of livestock products. Aim of dissertation research is working of organizationally-economic mechanism and conceptual positions of forming and market of foods of stock-raising development in the conditions of transformation economy. Methods: to induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis; statistical grouping; abstractly logical; economically-statistical; cross-correlation-regressive; dynamic rows and graphic images; imitation and static design. The methodology for integrated assessment of the food market potential based on the physical and economic accessibility, adequacy and quality structure of food has been developed. The methodology for creating a market capacity of livestock production using method of regression modeling at the national and regional markets, given the achieved and forecasted levels of GDP, incomes, demographic pressures and the stock ratio has been suggested. Methodology of assessing the competitive environment of meat and dairy market has been improved. The core elements of the mechanism of competitive market environment controlling have been defined. According to the climatic conditions and food potential of Ukraine's regions a classification of areas according to their sustainability depending on core products and capabilities of export or import of certain food products has been developed. Economic and mathematical model of an integrated milk product sub complex formation has been developed. The calculations to determine the coefficient of market monopolizing have been done and using this coefficients price mechanism of equivalent economic relations of subjects of milk product sub complex can be applied.
