The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological regularities of the development of the preprofessional studies' system and opportunities of its implementation on conditions of the the space of studies and education. The theory and practice of the regionalization of the education system are analyzed. This work contains analysis of the development of the education system on the bases of differentiation, preprofessional studies and regionalization of the education. The development of the regional education system on the basis of the personally oriented paradigm of the study, the education aspect of the regionology, are considered. The modern processes of the anthropic nature in the region are established to need a development of the education system on the basis of the preprofessional studies as the most efficient means for providing the organization of education activities nearby the teaching in the context of harmonious progress of a personality, these processes need a single education space of a region. The experience of imperfection of the education system on the ground of the implementation of the differentiated preprofessional studies in a home and foreign school, the real state of the modernization of the space of education and studies by means of the preprofessional studies, are involved.
