Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the investigation of histogenetic processes in the compartments of conductive system in embryonic human and rat's heart. Immunohistochemical, lectinohistochemical methods, electron microscopy, morphometric and statistical analysis were used. Cardiomyocytes characteristics were studied in embryonal and fetal human heart; formation of fascia adherens, desmosoms and gap junctions were investigated in rat's heart during cardiogenesis. Migrational, adhesional activity, proliferation and apoptotic quantification characteristics were observed. It was established that histogenesis of conductive system was interconnected with histogenetic processes in nervous system
