Podolchak N. Social-economic effectiveness of management systems of machine-building enterprises

The object of research is a process of evaluation and regulation of social and economic efficiency of management systems machine-building companies. The aim is to develop concepts, theoretical and applied guidelines for assessing and regulating social and economic efficiency of management systems machine-building companies to create conditions for optimal decision-making and development management systems of businesses. The author used methods of analysis and synthesis, system-structural analysis, group comparison, the economic-mathematical analysis and modeling, correlation and regression analysis and mathematical-statistical, and expert opinion surveys, multivariate analysis. The theoretical value lies in: the theory of basic categories of evaluation and regulation of social and economic efficiency of management systems machine-building firms, formed an integral method of determining the socio-economic efficiency of building management systems, better methods of assessment and the socio-economic efficiency of the components of management systems based on multidimensional assessment of the results, the elaboration of the theory of motivation for maximizing the effectiveness of managers in social and economic spheres. Scientific novelty lies in the development of theoretical and applied recommendations for assessment, management and the socio-economic efficiency of management systems machine-building companies. Subject of research is theoretical, methodological and procedural provisions of the regulation and assessment of socio-economic efficiency of management systems machine-building companies. The results were implemented at the enterprises of machine-building and in public institutions. The area of recommendations is the development of management systems of the domestic machine-building enterprises, government regulation of the economy.
