In dissertation on the basis of analysis of a number of domestic and foreign sources key issues for improving of the administrative and legal regulation relating to forming of promising and innovative agro-industrial sphere - organic agriculture - are identified. The process of the national legislation improving for an effective administrative and legal regulation in organic agriculture is highlighted. The experience of foreign countries which have achieved significant results in this sphere is also considered.
