Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of questions of creation a new class of information models which allow creating the effective complex automated control systems of the engineering city networks. The class of information-graphic models which is founded on object-oriented models, their frames relation realizations and digital graphic representations with use of GIS is created. IGM enable to create models of engineering networks for the automated control systems of various levels (automatic control system by technologies process, automatic supervisory control, automated control system by enterprise, the management information system "TARIFF") on a uniform platform of the information.
