Gumenny V. Maintainance and use of gene pool of cattle of the grey Ukrainian breed

Object of researches - the Selection-genetic processes which pass in local population of the grey Ukrainian cattle at breeding "in itself" and at crossing with other breeds during many generations and possibility of the use of these animals in modern terms. The purpose of researches is Systematization of conceptual and theoretical methods of saving, ground of necessity and possibility of improvement and effective use of gene pool of the local home grey Ukrainian breed of cattle on the basis of introduction of modern analytical approaches on determination of specific of conformity to the law of genesis of breed. The methods of researches are physical and chemical; genetic; biometric. Results of researches: 1. For a theory - the study of the grey Ukrainian breed in the conditions of central region of Ukraine on the indexes of productivity is Conducted, reproductive power uterine total number of livestock, for a slaughter and meat qualities of bull-calves.
