Bilousova S. Theoretical - methodological principles of effective development and functioning agrarian - industrial formations.

In the thesis are characterized the theoretical-methodological bases of formation and development of agrarian-industrial integration, are analyzed the conditions of development and functioning of integration processes in the agrarian-industrial production, was made the diagnostics of the trends of development of agrarian-industrial structures. Is realized the economical and mathematical modelyzing of agrarian-industrial integration and the structure of the integrated formations, were determinated the means of the guaranteeing of their effective functioning. In the work for the first time was defined the essence of agrarian-industrial integration, is developed the methodological set of instruments of the determination of its effectiveness in the limits of the complex analysis of the cost of integrated formings; the matrix of agrarian-industrial integration was formed. Was improved the organizational - production structure of the agrarian-industrial formations that belong to different product subcomplexes, and also the mechanism of the transfer price formation, the enumeration of means and tasks of state regulation of integrative processes in the agrarian sphere through making of regional strategy of development of AIC, the institution contract model of the development of national economy on the basis of the definition of the characteristics of market institutes and factors, motivation strategy of agrarian-industrial integration, the mechanism of functioning of innovation system of AIC.
