Batyrgareyeva V. The criminological bases of prevention of recidive criminality in Ukraine

Тhe dissertation is devoted to the all-round research of the theoretical and practical problems of recidive criminality in Ukraine, and to the making of preventive bases. With a paining of attention to legal definition "recidive crimes", the author has described issues, place and role of recidivism in the all criminality's structure, grounded the idea about high social dangerous of recidive criminality and defined its feathers. The modern tendencies of recidive criminality in Ukraine are studied, number and quality indexes are analyzed and factors, that influence on their estimation, are determined. On the basis of previous theoretical works the thesis's about the criminal "career" of recidivists are formulated and the structure of recidive is studied. By taking into account some specific features of the person of recidivist and on the basis of complex criterion type of these criminals is offered. Аnalysis of determination of recidive criminality through the prism of positions of the well-known theories of origin of criminality (anomy, studies and stigmatization) and application of knowledge about the definite stages in development of criminal "career" of recidivists allowed to be determined with the objects of preventive influence and to expound systematically the measures of prevention of criminal recidivism. On the basis of the conducted research proposals are formulated in relation to perfection of practice of fight against recidive criminality in Ukraine.
