Obrusna S. Administrative and legal principles of reformation of Ukrainian judicial system

Dissertation is devoted to the defining of essence, ways and peculiar features of Ukrainian judicial system reformation as a specific kind of administrative and political activity, to the determination of administrative features in this sphere, to finding out of their principles, law bases and the system of administration, ways of reformation in today's living conditions. Dissertation represents historical and law analysis of administrative and legal process of home judicial system adjusting; theoretical, methodological and legal principles of administrative activity in judicial sphere are outlined; law description of Ukrainian modern judicial system is given in the process of its reformation.
