Pavlenko I. Development of innovative entrepreneurship in market economy

Object: processes of providing of innovative development of the economic systems are in a dynamic external environment. Purpose: complex research on the base of the newest economic conceptions of essence of innovative enterprise (ІЕ), ground of his role in economic reproduction, factors of his forming and stimulation, and also development of theoretical positions of mechanism of development and adjusting in Ukraine. Methods: scientific (scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, historic character and logic, induction and deduction); system is a structural analysis; historical aspect of analysis, structurally is functional approach, approaches of the systems and complex; cluster analysis; comparative and statistical analysis. It is offered: conception of development of the national innovative system (NIS); organizational, legal, financial and economic principles of forming of the NIS and providing of its dynamic development; complex of measures on perfection organizationally - functional system of ІЕ in Ukraine; mechanism of stimulation of ІЕ with the ground of new principles of organization of scientific activity; organizationally - legal and financially mechanism of strengthening of role of small enterprise in innovative processes; improvement of legal mechanism of adjusting of ІЕ; methodical approaches in relation to the evaluation of effectiveness and economic efficiency of ІЕ; determination of modern disposition of countries on innovative potential and benchmarking of national potential; improved classification of innovations and concept-category vehicle of theories of ІЕ.
