The thesis deals with development of theoretical-methodological and applied bases of formation of the internal economic mechanism of industrial enterprises, subsequent development of management theory of industrial enterprise with determination of mechanism of their functioning and development. New integral conception of formation of the internal economic mechanism on the basis of complex joint use of system goal-oriented, process and functional technological approaches have been grounded. The system of the internal planning has been formed and the new model of dynamic equilibrium of the internal economic mechanism has been developed. The process infrastructure, methodology of planning of organizational structure of internal corporative economic mechanism, system of internal management of public joint-stock company, multidimensional approach to formation of system of indexes of the informative providing of efficiency estimation of internal economic management mechanism have been developed. Methodical bases for construction of mechanism of development and correction of norms and standards for material, labour and financial resources, principal approaches to formation, functioning and evaluation of production potential have been grounded. The multilevel system of communications has been formed, classification of documental flow and approaches to the procedural design of processes of administrative decisions making have been improved. Economic organizational co-operation mechanism of motivation of labour activity and internal social partnership has been improved.
