Object - processes of quality of products of industrial enterprises management on the basis of forming of quality of labour; the purpose - development of teoretiko-methodological, scientific-methodical and applied government quality of products of industrial enterprises bases on the basis of forming of quality of labour; methods - istoriko-logical, abstract-logical, classification-analytical, system and system-structural analysis, factor analysis, heuristic prognostication, ekonomiko-mathematical design, graphic analysis, kvalimetricheskie methods, logical generalization;novelty - theoretical generalization and new decision of nauchno-prakticheskoy problem which consists in development of teoretiko-methodological principles of quality of products of industrial enterprises management on the basis of forming of quality of labour and ground of practical recommendations on their use in the conditions of transformation economy is presented in dissertation; results - the substantive provisions of dissertation are taken to the level of methodical developments and practical recommendations, which really can be used at the decision of a number of problems, related to the quality of products of industrial enterprises management; it is introduced - at state level (in activity of Ministry of economy of Ukraine), at regional level (in activity of Main administration of economy of Khmel'nickoy regional state administration), at the level of enterprise (in practice of work of industrial enterprises); in the educational process of the Khmel'nickogo national university of Department of education and science, young people and sport of Ukraine in disciplines "Organization of production", "Organization of labour", "Motivation of innovative activity of personnel", "Management labour potential, Kievan national university the name of Vadim Getman of Department of education and science, young people and sport of Ukraine at preparation of train aid "Organization of labour"; branch - industry is an economy and management enterprises.
