Essay

Object of research: processes of formation and functioning of the resource base of agricultural enterprises in different regions of Ukraine under conditions of pre-reform, transformational and post-reform periods. Aim of research: substantiation of conceptual basis of relative complex assessment of resource capacity and resource efficiency and development of practical recommendations concerning improvement of management activity assessment aimed at agricultural products competitiveness increase on their base. Methods of research: historical, economical, systems approach, grouping and distribution lines, dispersion, correlation and regression, index, time series, table and graphic. Theoretical and practical results: development of an integrated analysis system, theoretical-methodological statements, methods and algorithms of economic phenomena and processes assessment on the basis of integral indexes, for the estimation of competitiveness of production and economic stability of enterprises, and the development of agrarian sector of economy on micro- and macrolevel. Novelty: socio-economic content of the categories "combined resources" and "resource capacity" was defined; conceptual principles of the newest assessment model estimation of effectiveness of the combined resources usage, based on the method of specific usage, conception, criteria and methodology of assessment of agricultural production on the basis of specific resource capacity were substantiated; the model of complex estimation of business environment taking into account ecological compatibility of agricultural resources was developed; the analytical models for standardization of level of usage of particular type of resources and disclosure of production reserves were suggested.
